Drove into Phoenix from California and this was the first place we took the kids. We had 2 families with 4 young ones with lots of energy (from a long car ride). Though they closed one of their main exhibit areas (I think that would have been nice for us adults) and they didn't give us a discounted price for... More

Especially during hot Arizona summer days, this is a wonderful place for young children. There is a room where they can climb and build with padded geometrical "pillows". Both my 8 yo granddaughter and my cousin's 2 yo grandson loved being able to climb, build and run. Adjoining rooms have art activities. Then there is another room with clothing for... More

This is a great museum to bring little children who enjoys pretend play and a lot of crafts! Most of the crafts are recycle items. For older children, they can volunteer in the museum and it's always fun for them to do! Oh, don't miss the free Sunday sponsored by Target!

We brought my 1 year old granddaughter here. First of all...I don't like that they charge $8 for a one year old. I did like the idea of their toddler area...they did have a lot for her to do...she had fun. The only thing I didn't like was that it was supposed to be for 3 and under, but there... More

We made the mistake of coming on the first Sunday of the month. I think all the museums are free the first Sunday of each month. The place was packed! I would probably give it a higher rating, but it was wall to wall people and we didn't stay long.

The kids loved it, it is fun, lots of exhibits that change year round, nice play area to the right in the front for younger kids and its hard to get kids to leave once they get going here

Really fun place for kids. Be sure to wear or bring socks for the no shoes room or you will not be allowed in that area, unless you want to buy their socks. Rooms/areas were full of hands on activities for all ages. Ideas were very decorative and artistic. Would definitely return. Beautiful set up.

I took 2 boys age 9. They were entertained for awhile but I had to slow them down to do most things. Then it became evident that most activities were sit down, quiet activities like coloring. The venue needs some active bouncing things to do.

We took our 18 month old nephew for an afternoon on a hot summer day. What a fun time for the little guy. There was plenty to keep in engaged in the activities. One of the things we noticed was no one was crying. How unusual in a place full of toddlers! They were in their "happy place".
