I walked through here on a beautiful, sunny day. There were many people out on benches. The feeling was warm and inviting, as opposed to parks flooded with homeless people. It's very simple, not much too it but worth some photos.

We stopped by here on our way to the Bandera Memorial. It's a small plaza with a fountain, where people can be seen sitting on park benches enjoying the sun shine. There is also a bascilica here that's worth checking out.
