This monument to the birth of the Argentine flag, recognising its hero, General Belgrano, is worth a visit, with great views from the top.

It's a beautiful place landscaped in the middle of a National Park. You can go to the top to have amazings views of the river, the city and the park, or walk around beautiful statues and fountains. At a five minutes walk of the river and the downtown of Rosario. It's a very worthy place to know.

Interesting structure with a monolithic and imposing presence due to its construction from huge slabs of granite. Great views from the top plus it's nice to know that you are in one of Argentina's most important monuments.

It is a pretty straight forward place. The souvenir store have some pretty and not that expensive repertoire. The view is simply breath taking. You must visit this place if you are in Rosario. The monument summit has a totally accessible fee (12 ARS).

The monument itsef is free you only pay to go on the upper floor. It's very symbolic as the monument stand to celebrate one of the first step of argentinian independance. ( even if the real battle was more near San Lorenzo);
