If you drive Down the Canyon you will pass a number of dams of varying size. What is off times missed is that the water that is used for the first Hydro Station is channelled via tunnel carved out of the mountain to be used...More

This is an excellent way to spend a day. You arrive there after passing several houses. The lake is incredible, its colour... very nice. The catamaran lets you see stones formations and actually beatiful views. You also can rent a kayak or even for the...More

Went there again, this time with local friends that took me to the "secret" parts of Los Reyunos around El Tigre and I was like "wow" ! Truly beautiful, unique and special place ! Unfortunately in one of the many times that we went there...More

El Kaike is just around the corner. A fun base for flying by zip wire and canoeing - there are other activities too, but we didn't have time for them all! The lake is beautiful with great rock formations.

Great views! A must if you are in the area. Lovely place to visit, really close to San Rafael, don't miss 25 de Mayo, lovely village on the way to the dam.

The place has potential to be turned into something beautiful and pleasant but lacks infrastructure, unfortunately lots of garbage around, dirty bathrooms and the total absence of an open restaurant, bar or cafe, so bring your own survival kit.

Los Reyunos is a beautiful dam in San Rafael, but that's basically it - it's just a dam. However, there are several activities that you can partake in here such as swimming, and kayaking. I didn't really 'fancy' this place much as there other dams...More

After all the recommenations from locals AND fellow travellers lIke, I was expecting more than a dusty tourist trap. The dam is certainly impressive, and the reservoir quite beautiful, but that was about it for me! I went as part of a tour, with this...More

There are many dams in this area so there is not something really special about this one, but right before you reach the dam there is a place where you can do some activities as kayaking, swimming, diving and tiro-bangi, which is a tirolesa from...More
