This square is four blocks from Independence Square. There is a nod to Spain who contributed the funds toward this square. You’ll see 19th century decoration with Spanish influences. A big fountain similar to the ones used in the Iberian gardens can be seen. At the back, there is a monument with friezes representing the brotherhood between Argentina and Spain. The trees and flowers are everywhere, and most are watered by the irrigation ditches of Mendoza.
