The top floor of this building is ideal for having a great view of the whole city. Just come here to get a coffee and relax.

The views from the restaurant on the top floor are stunning, but the trip up and the building are nothing special. In fact, the elevator is a tad marginal and the building is run down.

While the building itself is nothing special, the panoramic views from the top are worth the visit. Check first to see about opening/closing times.

It does slightly resemble a building from a King Kong movie but unless you are an architecture buff you can easily walk past it without even noticing it. Not Mendoza's premier attraction by a long way.
