Very nice Plaza, great to spend time in the sun or tasting some local Malbec and sandwiches or a cup of helado in the shadows of its trees. From it you can easily walk to four other plazas in the surroundings that make the city...More

We went during the winter (August) and the fountains and art museum were closed. It looked very bare, and there were lots of stray dogs running around.

Always nice walking past this plaza and stopping with a sandwhich. Not particularly big but it is pretty.

it is a central square in the town, with some cafes open on Sunday, I sat in one, there were also some artisans selling their products and art, it was nice to walk there.

As of May 2018, the park is somewhat in need of cleaning up. The location is great, but it could use a little TLC.

There is nothing special about the Plaza. Lots of backpackers hang out there, some stalls selling typical products and handicraft

This is the central park in the middle of downtown Mendoza. It spans four square blocks and has a huge massive fountain in the center. Surrounding the park are many shops, lots of great restaurants, good hotels, many walking areas. While the park is nice,...More

This is the central square of Mendoza. From here you can visit the 4 other squares in each corner of the square. Nice place.
