You can never expect what you see in the market. It’s just full of unique and wonderful pieces. I couldnt help but take loads of photos!

If the Canada de Córdoba is on your right, walk to San Juan Blvd and find Belgrado street on the left.
The long street is filled with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and an outdoor artist flea market, named Paseo de las Artes
The locals from Cordoba party at night until the morning, they eat around 10:00 pm or later.
On a Thursday night, the night before my flight back home, I left my valuables inside the safe box of my hotel room to explore the Bohemian style Güemes, worry free.

Amazing place to find art and hand made thinks.
So nice to enjoy an afternoon and finish with a good drink or dinner around.

The people at this market seemed very genuine, fun to talk to and were all very fair. No one was pushy or annoying like in several other markets I’ve been to in other countries. The items for sale were fairly unique and seem to be well made by hand, unlike other markets that seem to have the same crap for sale no matter where you go. The market is mostly threaded bracelets, polished stone wire jewelry and some leather products like belts, bags and bracelets. There are also a few people selling old antique things like old cameras, typewriters, toys and even records and books. It has a slightly “flea market” type feel to it. One family there was trying to find homes for abandon puppies! (Free, no charge and They were clean and looked very healthy FYI).
The only downside was that the street next to it was under construction and was running with sewage water which smelled horrible at times. Really nothing to do with the market but if you plan on going within the next few weeks (months?) just beware.

Disappointing that we could not get in when it was advertised as being open. Looking in it did look interesting.

The Market is, as the name says, a good paseo ( walk). The scenery is quite nice with the Cañada at the side and some old houses around. Also a place to take a beer or coffee, but no one can expect to find some interesting items of anything, also the probabilities are low at the few antik-shops in the neighborhood. If you want to take a nice walk and see locals, this is surely one place to do so.

This is a mixed street market (opens mid-afternoon and nights on weekends): lots of artisans with their handmade crafts (in the core of the market), but also no-so-fine crafts and antiques kind-of-flea market in the adjacent streets. Also, it is in the middle of the Güemes neighborhood, a great place to hit the bars and restaurants.
