I did one of the excursions KayakTigre offers in February 2015. The tour guide, Federico, has a lot of experience in kayaking, is very profesional and easy going. The great thing about KayakTigre tours is that they offer the posibility to combine their tours with the Tigre Natural Reserve, where you can have lunch and a guided tour through the reserve, which makes it a great day out. I would definately recommend it to everybody who visits Buenos Aires.

Met the guys in the ecological reservation after taking a boat through the delta where we were greeted and given a walking tour inside. We then got prepared, matched in pairs of two, setup our equipment and then went on a easy paddle through one of the river canals. At one point we got out and swam around a bit. Good fun!

The tour in kayak was a very interesting way to get to see the delta. The tour begins from a natural reserve in the delta, which is very well maintained. Federico the guide was very informative and easy going and made the instruction easy to understand for anyone. The kayak is easy pace, good for all levels and the equipment was in excellent shape. Overall it was a great way to get to see and experience the delta. Highly recommended!

I had a really great experience with Federico on this kayak and nature reserve tour. I would definitely recommend it. The website is still in Spanish (English version coming!), but it´s easy to navigate and Federico speaks English, so don´t be put off! He was very responsive to my last minute booking.

The kayaking was great. Federico is a really nice guy and very interesting to talk about the area and his own life and travels. He will take things at your own pace and ability. It is a really great way to get to see some of the Delta and the quieter waterways and really experience the slower life there.

After the kayaking, you get to have lunch at the nature reserve, which is super friendly and the food is great. Then you have some time to chill in the sun, before having a guided tour of the nature reserve. The guide was great and very enthusiastic about the work of the reserve and explaining the ongoing creation of the Delta and the wildlife there.

The motor boat ride to and from the reserve is also a great part of the experience too, as you get to see quite a bit of the Delta and what life is like there. I took all my photos on this boat trip and didn´t actually pull out my camera in the kayak (although you do get given a dry bag). There is a cheesy automated multi-lingual commentary, but it´s also quite interesting if it´s your first time in the Delta.

All in a great all round experience with great people in a really interesting place. "Muy buena onda" as they say here.
