I went with my two children aged 4 and 7. They both enjoyed riding the boat and looking for wildlife (although they were slightly disappointed in that we only saw one heron and a few eagles - no water animals for example). As many others point out, the guide was knowledgeable and fun, and it was interesting to get a... More

Based on the glowing reviews for Safari Delta, I convinced my husband to spend one of our last days in Argentina in Tigre. We were not disappointed. Fer responded to my email promptly and was very helpful with setting up the day. Martin was our guide - he really made our visit memorable. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and he... More

We arrived to Tigre on a super hot (100 F) Monday afternoon and realized that all of the major attractions were closed for the day. Thankfully, i stumbled on reviews of the Safari Delta on TripAdvisor and never regretted taking a tour with them. Fer, has been super nice and did his best to accommodate all our needs. Our guide... Fer was the best, most friendly and knowledgeable tour guide with a great boat. What an amazing experience to see a unique community. He took us to a pizza place hidden among the tributaries of the delta. It got cold as the day progressed so we were a bit chilly-Fer even let our daughter wear his fleece since we didn't... More

We had so little free time that we could not fit in a tour. However, if you are researching, I can say that I had an immediate detailed response to my email from Fernando Rios and when we arrived Delta, I spoke at length with Martin about the tours on offer and my impression is of a really well organised... I will echo all the ratings given here- Martin our guide was extremely nice and accommodating, spoke excellent English, and took us to some really nice areas. This was topped off by a great steak lunch at a house they rent on one of the islands. Highly recommended.

Safari Tours zodiac boats are perfect for going off the beaten track in the Delta. Our guide Tommy came equipped with the most important traits a guide should have; local knowledge, a good grasp flora, fauna, Argentine history and a great personality. A great day trip on the delta. Ask for Tommy.

The delta of the Rio del Plata is an impossibly diverse and fascinating place. The tributaries and rias are too numerous to count. It would be impossible for a visitor to explore without a guide, and Safari Delta, as others have noted, provides a memorable first rate experience. Our guide, Martin, met us at the Delta station (4-5 blocks from... More

Met Fernando at his booth at the Tren de la Costa train station at noon ( it was right at the end of the platform but we still missed it however Fernando saw us searching and came and found us). Our guide was Tommy, very knowledgable and fun. We got caught in a tremendous downpour in the zodiac but it... More

Can't praise this tour enough! Excellent tour for families, our tour guide Martin made sure we were fine and taken care of all of the time! From water, sunscreen, where to swim, security while at the boat, life jackets, answers and all kind of explanations!!! Do it to escape away for BsAs for a while and spend a great time.... More
