Great spot to walk and wander by the water at Tigre at the Parana delta. Check out the puerto de frutos with its many different little shops and museums to see. Unfortunately, since we went in August which is wintertime in the southern hemisphere, the...More

A nice relaxed atmosphere with lots of great craft shops. Lots of places to sit and eat or enjoy a coffee or fruit drink. Of course you can also buy fruit. Worth a visit.

The market is getting bigger and extends outside the property itself through the adjacent streets. On weekends it is packed with people. In this opportunity I did not make any purchase and the crowds of people was overwhelming. I do not know if I recommend...More

Nice shops in a market style, most hand made and interesting items, nice restaurants and cafe's. If in Tigre, stop here.

The area gives you an opportunity to see some of the best handicrafts from the region. Originally an area where you can only buy fruits (where it’s name came from) it’s now an area with tons of stalls where you can buy authentic souvenirs from...More

Our guide made a stop at this charming market full of local colors and flavors. Decor shops and food products paved the alleys. Furniture shops made you regret no living here. Worth it.

I absolutely love markets and went to tigre especially for puerto de frutos. It says everywhere online that it is an "artesans market"- this cannot be farther from the reality. Its a rather big market, true. But 95% of the stands are just cheap stuff...More

We visited fur about twenty minutes walking around the Peurto with about a quarter of the ship's opened if that. Vendors weren't particularly welcoming to us as we went to inspect a leather belt and whether genuine and locally made or from China. But we...More

It is quite touristy but worth a morning. We walked around the stalls and then hired a old fashioned boat, at the dock, to take us on a river cruise for an hour. The boat cruise was a treat. Beautiful vistas and fun houses to...More
