I'd love to give this park higher review, but with the high volume of traffic and folks who do not pick up after themselves leaves the park rather dirty.

Very well maintained park
Mar 2018 • Family
We were in Maricopa, in the Rancho El Dorado development for a month, and our kids and grandkids were out for a week. The grandkids loved going to this park every morning. Its is covered to protect kids from the sun, with plenty of benches all around the playground area for the adults to sit and watch the kids. Some benches are in shade some are in sun. Grounds around the park are very well maintained. Nice little man made lake there with plenty of ducks and turtles. DO NOT do as a previous reviewer states and bring bread to feed the ducks...birds do not need bread..it actually harms them. It's not natural to them...bread doesn't grow on it's own. Ducks feed on grains and grass. The bread gives them a false sense of fullness and can actually plug them up. Do research on it, you'll see. Feed them cracked corn of grains if you feel the need to feed them...back to park review :)...they have a porta potty there but it was pretty disgustingly dirty, you probably won't want to use it.

Great park

If you are in the area this is a great place to take younger kids! Three park is large and covered to protect from the sun. It also has basketball nets and good paths for bike riding. Bring bread to feed the friendly ducks.

Love this park, It's well manicured and taken care of, and has playground areas, grassy areas and a lake as well. Small parking lot.

This park has a nice lake with a water feature, plenty of green grass, a great play area for the kiddos, a basketball court, a shaded ramada, a view of the golf course, and lots of room for dogs to run and play.

A very beautiful well kept park. it's kind of hidden in a residential area, but it has a playground, water feature, and plenty of green space. Easy parking.
