Been there many, many times. It's always amazing to see these huge beasts up close and in their totally natural habitat. They choose to be there! The city has built a viewing platform now that makes it safer to watch them. They clean the place every day, believe it or not!!

I really enjoyed visiting this site. The sea lions are interesting creatures and it is nice to see them in nature not in a zoo. We made the mistake of parking too early and had to walk about 1km on not great sidewalks to get there. You can drive the whole way to this site.
