Ave Alvear is very nice and classy, if you visit Buenos Aires,and you are walking in Recoleta, take a walk on Ave Alvear,cross ave Callao, south for 5 minutes and you will see wonderful buildings hotels and the embassy of Brasil, France , Vaticano...etc
