Beautiful symbols of French history

The carrara marble sculptures on the red granite pedestal is located in Plaza Francia (France Square). I came across it while walking from the Recoleta district to Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.

Nice Monument in the Park

We went to the museum and stopped here briefly to admire the monument and the park. One of the many parts of BA that tell you what a lovely urban design one finds here. Very pretty.

Celebrating Argentine & French Friendship

The Statue is located near the Museum of Fine Arts in Recoleta. It was donated by France to celebrate the centenary of National Independence and in recognition of the friendship bond between both countries.
