Whether you have 1 day or 1 month in Buenos Aires, you cannot miss this cooking class with Saul. We spent a week in Buenos Aires, and this was our favorite experience and our most delicious meal. Saul caters to all skill levels, so this class will be a fabulous time for everyone in your group.

We had a delightful time learning to make dolce de leche rum ice cream, homemade (even the dough) empanadas, herb lemon potatoes and ribeye with chimichurri.

Saul lives on a quiet, unassuming street so fortunately we remembered is address. Rang the bell and Saul warmly greeted us. This was our last night in Buenos Aires and it was such a great way to end our trip. Saul speaks outstanding English. We had a great cooking lesson with recipes that can easily be replicated at home, great meal and great company. Thank you Saul for a wonderful evening. Looking forward to making the food at home!

I love to cook and I was thrilled with Saul's class. I took this class with my husband and two friends. Saul is extremely knowledgeable, smart and an excellent chef. His food is very delicious and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Saul to anyone who loves to cook or is just starting out. He can teach to all levels and he is a joy to be around!

Saul is a charming and highly talented chef. He lead our group of 10 through a fun and informative luncheon cooking class with a full assortment of Argentine specialties. He was super well informed about cooking techniques and food history.

My husband and I had a private 2-3 hour Argentine cooking class with Saul (he also can instruct in other cuisines) that was wonderful. Saul is multi-lingual: his English is excellent. With him, we made homemade carne enchiladas (even the dough), Ribeye roasted in chimichurri, potatoes wedges, lemon ice cream. He's a great instructor and great conversationalist. We learned a lot and enjoyed even more than we learned. During the course of our later Argentina travels, we recommended Saul to other travelers. We hope they availed themselves of this wonderful experience. Lisa and Mark

Our group of four had an excellent day with Saul. Even the culinary expert in our class learned a few tricks. The event was entertaining, informative and (most important) delicious. Great food, great wine, great time. Highly recommend!

Saul was the best! Great sense of humor and easy going. Made our time seem to go very fast. We made empanadas, Ribeye Roasted in Chimichurri with Roasted Potatoes and Dulce De Leche and Rum Ice Cream! All was delicious! Oh and a nice bottle of wine to go with the delicious food👌. Would truly recommend Saul and his cooking lessons.

When my wife and I travel, we love to do a cooking class to have an intimate view into the local culture. Saúl’s cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Argentina! We opted for Saúl’s class because it was more than just an empanada class— it was homemade empanadas, potatoes, chimi chori, a huge piece of carne, and amazing dulce de leche. And of course I can’t forget about the wine! Saúl is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. We loved his hands on approach in his amazing kitchen. Definitely book this class if you’re looking for an authentic cooking experience!

Good food is always an experience, so are the cooking classes. But this particular El Arte de Amasar Cooking Class was extraordinary. There are people who do their work very well and then there are people who do it with passion. Definitely such a person is Saul, the tutor of the class. His heart is in his work. The way he instructed and explained everything made the cooking and learning easy and understandable. His tutoring skills are so remarkable that I am absolutely convinced that even persons least interested in the secrets of cooking could find it interesting. Combining cooking with food tasting was also nice. I enjoyed our conversation during the meal. Visiting a country it's always nice to hear about the culture and traditions from authentic source. Definitely will recommend this course to everyone. This is an experience you just have to try! You won't regret.

Amazing! This evening was the highlight o my visit. More than what I expected! The dance class was perfect - such a relaxed learning environment and skilled teaxher who was very encouraging and able to point out small specific adjustments in a great manner to help me out. The host of the cooking and supper, Saul, is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. He included us in the preparation and cooking of an amazing meal, and provided excellent explanations o why we were doing things a certain way. The end product was fantastic, with great wine and great company. I highly recommend!
