Professional, knowledgeable, competent, friendly, compassionate, organized, athletic, helpful, fun, with an excellent command of English...this is Pepe. Pepe was our guide to see the sights of Buenos Aires and then for 2 weeks in Patagonia all the way to Ushuaia.
Pepe is as wise and perceptive in the city as he is in the countryside. We hiked to several iconic mountain views in Patagonia. When climbing for 21 km and 3000 feet to see the most splendid views of Fitz Roy and Torres del Paine, Pepe managed a good pace and safety for all of us. The restaurants Pepe chose gave us a good taste of the local cuisine.
Pepe connected with each one of us in the group. We think he is a STAR!

We did several tours through Pepe's concierge: a city center tour, Peruvian food dinner, and porto madero and the ecological reserve. We had a different guide every time and we enjoyed getting to know them. Since it was just the guide and us, it was like a friend was showing us around the city, very personal. Every guide's english was impeccable and their insight was great. Pepe's tours helped us connect to the city and I would highly recommend them!

We were in Buenos Aires for 5 days at the end of December. We wanted door to door transportation from the airport to our rented apartment. We wanted a daily, knowledgeable tour guide. The guides at Pepe Concierge were excellent, pleasant and very attentive. I had an e-mail exchange with them for the 2 months prior to our visit to fine tune our activities.......specific restaurants, tours of neighborhoods with street art and ceramics, rose gardens, Japanese garden, private tango lessons, a dinner tango show.....we did it all, and the Pepe crew were a great help! I would recommend them to anyone.

The scenery and sights on this trip were amazing and Pepe was always on hand to make sure that we got the most out of every day, were prepared for the next and any potential problems were fixed. I especially appreciated Pepe's knowledge of the region and his enthusiasm for ensuring that we had real 'hands on' experience and understood the history associated with the region.

Pepe was an excellent tour guide - competent, caring (especially of a tour member who became quite ill), ensured we knew the best eating places and always accompanied us to such restaraunts, pharmacies, ATMs tp ensure our safety. His help and advice at airports, bus terminals was invaluable and he promptly facilitated a problem for one tourist whose visa had been incorrectly stamped. Great sense of humour and nothing was ever too trouble. All group members were treated equally.

Pepe offered a great tour and was extremely accommodating, modifying his tour according to what we wanted to see and how much activity we could handle at any given time. Pepe is knowledgeable, outgoing, very personable, and made the trip so much fun! His English was also perfect; he was a great help when traveling around areas where many people only spoke Spanish. I would HIGHLY recommend any of Pepe's tours to anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Pepe arranged for group of 9 of us to visit El Tigre which is just north of Buenos Aires. Took a tourist train there and visited markets and the town. Followed this with a private boat tour of holiday homes on nearby canals and islands. Pepe arranged for a casual lunch in a local restaurant.
Pepe was very informative and the tour was very relaxed. We all liked the restaurant meal where we were not hurried along and could try the local food and wine.
A great experience and well organised.

Great opportunity to see some of the less known areas, but also to see some of the more popular attractions. Things like Florida Avenue for shoppers. Casa Rosada for its History and a tour of the Presidents Mansions Museum. Great Restaurants and touristic sites like La Boca, Cafe Tortoni and Las Violetas a true taste of History. Great way to spend the day and get to know the city. Touring the area Parks, seeing where they have the flea markets and it famous cemetery in Recoleta. Take some time and enjoy!

Jose (Pepe) is a wonderful tour guide, he led a trip I was on to Patagonia. Really friendly and helpful, made everyone welcome and went out of his way to make sure the trip was the best it could be for everyone (including, in my case, lending me his camera for a few days when mine packed up, until I could get a replacement). Nothing was too much trouble. A great guy!

i traveled through BA with my boyfriend earlier in the summer and we heard about pepes concierge service via a fellow traveler we met in Brazil and we were not disappointed, he made everything so easy! From the very first contact he was amazing with his punctual replies, and figuring our the best activities for us to do. We not only did the city walking tour with an amazing local guide but we also took him up on some of his other suggestions. We did a day at a working estancia riding horses and we also took in a tango show as well. the 2 days pepe organised for us were the best days we spent in BA and to be honest we wish we had taken him up on some of his other suggestions. I'd thoroughly recommend pepe to make your holiday not only easy but very enjoyable! 10/10
