Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. My girlfriend and I took Spanish classes with LV Studios in April of 2017. This school is AMAZING. My girlfriend took group classes with Fernanda at the studio, and I took private classes with Soledad.
Soledad was THE BEST. The private classes were very convenient as I had work conflict with the group classes. Soledad instruction was at our apartment which was near to LV Studio. I had a basic conversational proficiency in Spanish prior to the classes. Soledad followed a flexible curriculum that was very dialogue-based. She helped me get a LOT better with past-tense, vocabulary, and professional conversation. I learned a lot, and my Spanish proficiency throughout South America/Spain travel was very effective, all thanks to Soledad. She really set me up with a structure to continue to progress and keep learning even after the classes ended.
My girlfriend took group classes with Fernanda every-day for 2.5 hours. She loved the structure of the classes, and the group dialogue. She had zero proficiency in Spanish prior to the classes, and after her month long classes she was conversational at the end.
LV Studios also does mixers at El Textil (the bar next door) to the studio.
This place is very affordable for the quality of instruction you will be receiving. If you are staying in Palermo Soho / Hollywood, Las Canitas, the location is very convenient.
We were sad to leave BA, but we were glad to have met Fernanda and Soledad!

I spent just under a month in BA and did intensive classes at LV studio. The teachers were brilliant and helped me to improve my Spanish speaking.
I really enjoyed my time there and highly recommend this school.

I did the 4 months intensive spanish course in LV studio in Palermo. Overall it is great option for the following reasons:
1/ The professors keep rotating almost every week, so it gives you the opportunity to capitalize on various accents and teaching methods. Moreover, given that all of them have a strong educational background and very interesting personalities, it made the 4 hours pass very pleasantly every day.
2/ Although it is located in beautiful and hip Palermo (which, generally speaking, is an expensive "barrio").comparing it with other schools, mainly in the center of the city, the prices are quite reasonable.
Special thanks to our fantastic teachers Fernanda and Evangelina, for being so patient with us and always eager to help us !

When I went in the school and stepped in the classroom without any Spanish knowledge and my teacher started to speak Spanish I was shocked, but after the first day (4 hours) I could say not just 'Hola' but 'mucho mas'.
They are prepared, helpful, patient and they make sure you enjoy learning this language.
So if you would like to study Spanish in BsAs, I highly recommend going to them! I am absolutely satisfied with them.

I learnt Spanish as a visitor to Buenos Aires, and found LV Studio a great place to learn.
The staff are helpful in organising classes and matching students with teachers. My teacher was brilliant - preparing classes meticulously and keeping them fun, enjoyable and relevant with a focus on speaking the language.

I've been here without any word in spanish but had a very kind teacher, with a lot of patience and they explained to me everything, all grammar rules. I passed a good time here, I'm happy and a little bit sad for having to go. thanks a lot and all the best for all of you!!

My girlfriend and I did our homework in shopping for a Spanish emersion school in Buenos Aires. After visiting a few, we chose LV Studio and have been very happy with our decision. Things that are great about this school are: (1) The teachers were great. I had the same teacher for a whole month. (2) It is not in the microcenter (downtown). If you are staying in Polermo or in any neighborhood that is not the microcenter, you will definitely prefer the ease of getting to and from school. (3) We learned about the history of Argentina and South America, the local life of a Porteño (one who lives in BA), the politics (muy interesante), and the best local things to do in the city. (4) Lastly, the flexibility that the school provided was outstanding. For example, my girlfriend and I wanted to be in separate classes but take them at the same time. They were able to rearrange the schedules to make that happen. (5) Lastly again, (my english is getting rusty) it was also a little more affordable than the other places we checked out.
Learning Spanish in BA is a great idea and this is a school might be as perfect for you as it was for us.

My wife and I spent two weeks at LV Language School and had a great time. The "super intensive" Spanish immersion 4 hours daily. You split time between two teachers with 15 minute break in between. First half focusing on reading and writing with the second half in conversation.
The majority of the teachers are very good and each has it's own teaching style, however we noticed that some were clearly a cut above. Ezekiel and Lorena are hands down the best teachers at the school. Always prepared for the lesson of the day, they made the day quite fun while learning a lot. The reason why this school is not 5 stars is simply the other teachers are not nearly as good as these two and half they time simply talked the entire lesson.
We would certainly recommend this school if you are looking at Spanish schools in BA. Plus it is in a great location!

In total I took 5 weeks of Spanish class at LV Studios and I can truly say I had an amazing time! Before studying at LV Studio I was studying at another, larger Spanish school with classes of 10 students. Switching to LV was one of the best choices I made during my three-month stay in BA. At LV the maximum class size is 5, but on average I only had class with 2 other students. Even though the classes were small, I met plenty of new people at LV and made many new friends. A special shout-out the my two favorite teachers: Lorena & Ezequiel. You guys made my stay at LV unforgettable and I'm truly thankful for all the great classes. Hasta pronto amigos!

I had a nice experience at LV Studio... the instructors were lovely, and every day we laughed and learned at the same time. The intensive course is quite intense with a lot of information; they make sure that you touch on many topics over the month. It is necessary to do your homework and to keep up with the course as you progress. The teachers respond to your questions in the moment.. they don't say things like, well we will learn this in a couple of weeks, so the course also progresses in the direction that the students lead it. Conversation is of the utmost importance, so you will always be practicing speaking!

Hi! I am trying to get info but the website doesn't seem to be working. Is this business still open? I am looking for lessons March 25th week and maybe a one or two the following week. I don't want to be in class for 4 hours a day for 5 days because it is my vacation and there are many things I want to do, so maybe one on one lessons would be better? I am intermediate and want to practice verb tenses, sayings, conversations, and the Argentinian accent.

Necesito sacarme 95 puntos en el examen por lo cual necesito un programa intensivo y personalizado, pero antes desearia tener alguna recomendación de alguien que ya lo haya preparado con ellos.
