Top ways to experience Post Street Bar and nearby attractions

The area
Neighborhood: Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

Nice bar with reasonably priced drinks and a great atmosphere. Popcorn served with the drinks was a welcome addition.

There is a funky Graffiti tour around Buenos Aires and it finishes up with a beer at this colourful and friendly pub.

From floor to ceiling the walls are festooned with stencil art.

It is owned and run by brothers, fabio and pablo and both of their sons. There is a big screen projector tv for big football matches etc and a large terrace upstairs.

It is mainly a mix of twenty-thirty-something locals enjoying a beer and a banter. A very friendly crowd and often the same faces mingling.

It is on the same block as Sugar Bar and Magdalena's Party which are geared up for and attract the expat boys and girls as all 3 places are 5 minutes walk from the packed hot spots of Plaza Serrano.

Post works for me best because of the friendliness and affable staff and locals. No one will pinch your coat when you go to the loo and the beer prices are better than the others.

There are lots of bars around Palermo but this is the only one I have found that feels like a pub. The same faces give it a neighbourhood feel and they are more interested in how you are than what is in your wallet.

Pop in for a pint!

An amazing gem and hangout for local graffiti artists. There's a gallery in the back and upper level with art for sale. The second floor has an amazing mural by multiple different artists. The graffiti scene in Buenos Aires is a really big deal. Was a great place to hang out and have a drink. Reasonably priced.

Everything you want from a dive bar: nice people, plenty of seats, cheap booze, and grimy bathrooms. Would come back, with friends, in an heartbeat.

If you are a cool person and like cool stuff...this bar is for you. You can get lost in the walls here as they bring Graffiti inside the walls, and it is done so well. Very good vibes here, you can meet local artists, have some drinks and enjoy unique art. Includes an art gallery as well, so you can pick yourself up something pretty.

Never been to a bar like this, I was happy to find this gem! Different from the rest, stop by and check it out.

Pretty cool bar. Limited wine selection. Had a bottle of the house Malbec; it was okay - drinkable but not the best. The waitress was great though, really nice. We enjoyed sitting outside and snacking on the delicious popcorn. The art inside was really cool. We would visit again.

I love street art and beer - and this place serves up the perfect combination. Wander through to the back and you can see a heap of pieces on the walls, plus unframed pieces available to buy (all the ones I picked up seemed to be under the AR$1000 mark so a great gift to self or those back home!). The upstairs you come out onto a fantastic rooftop which is covered in art - apparently this is constantly being updated so it's always evolving.
After a tour we headed downstairs for a jug of beer, service is super relaxed but standard for BA. Overall a great spot to stop by for a drink (they have cheap bites on the menu too). We went there early like 7pm, and it was quiet - I imagine it may get busier later but I liked the relaxed vibe pre-dinner.
