Because I saw so many tango shows in BA I have to say that I was very disappointed with the show and the food and it is very expensive for what we had!!! They served us the house wine/ Circus which was awful. So I did call the server and agreed with me that the wine is not very good. So I asked them to change the wine and he did. The food was ok but nothing exceptional. The show was ok, the sound was so bad that we couldn’t hear the singer very well! The show was only an hour which is very short and we had to pay $85 each! Not a place i recommend at all !

The venue is very crowded. The food was OK. The whole show was spoilt for us because of someone in front of us videoing the whole show from start to finish, only watching through her screen. An announcement was made before the show that no videos or cameras were allowed. This person with her camera, completely obscured our view and the light from it was extremely offputting. The management should have stopped this. We complained afterwards and had little sympathy - very weak management. I would not recommend this place because of this and other people further back were doing the same. They should stop the show until the audience obey the rules.

I came here over 20 years ago and loved it. Now in 2023, I felt robbed. Crammed, chaotic, uncomfortable and a robotic service which is so un-Argentinian, but the waiters simply have to attend to perhaps 300 people as quickly as possible. For our family of 2 adults and 2 teens we paid USD480. An expensive mistake. I believe this has turned into a scam in the real sense of the word and you literally feel trapped and conned at the same time.

Complete rip off and they couldn't cope with being fully booked.
Extremely slow service.
Both of our steaks were very overcooked.
Not everything on the menu was available.
The champagne for New Year toast was brought to our table after midnight!
Grossly overpriced.

The itinerary promised "coaches returning to hotels, every 15 minutes after midnight." This was a lie - the coaches provided were waiting until they were full. Furthermore, none of the drivers would agree to let Us aboard ("not going to that hotel") - despite having picked us up at the start of the evening. There was another couple from a different hotel, faced with the same predicament.
Only once my fiancee started crying, did one of the drivers agree to let us on. We were subsequently dropped at a point supposedly "nearby our hotel. The drop point and our lack of knowledge of the area, led to us being lost for a further 30 minutes.

The dinner was average and the show was, in my opinion, way over-produced for my taste. I guess if you've never seen one it would be worthwhile; but, instead of paying for an overpriced meal and show, amble down to the area in town where fantastic tango dancers - La Boca. They have an elderly man and woman who will leave you breathless!

We went here one night for dinner and the show. The food was OK, it was steak. The Milanese was actually much better than the regular steak. The show was very good, but we could not see much of it because the tables are so close together and everything is packed. Unless you’re in one of the front rows you don’t see much. There was a tribute to Evita Peron which was very nice. The show had many different artists, tango dancers, singers and other performers. The band was great. If you can get in the front row I would recommend this place.

....and it was worth it. The food was OK, but not much above average, which I usually expect in this kind of setting. The place is pretty crowded, but we were served courteously and I struck up a good chat with a gentleman from Canada. The show itself was fabulous, what else can I say, but rather late at night for me, so am glad I passed on wine and asked for coffee instead. A wonderful evening.

We attended the show only (no dinner). Our show was upstairs which is smaller than I expected from the photos. The show was fun though a bit touristy. Included wine was fine. If you want to see a tango show, it definitely is not a bad one. Very talented performers.

Fabulous show recommended by the Hilton Concierge. They picked us up promptly in an air conditioned bus with several other couples. Quick check in and we were seated. The food was better than we expected, steak was tender and medium rare like we requested. We shared a bottle of complimentary Malbec that was very good. The waiters hustle & before we knew it the show started. It was very entertaining!! Beautiful costumes, lively dancing and the Evita tribute was wonderful. The violinist was beyond incredible!! I’d definitely go again just to see him play. Bravo!

The La Ventana Tango Show was excellent. For dinner we had 3 or 4 choices and everyone at our table were very happy with what they chose. The show was outstanding; music was good and dancing was excellent. If you want to see a Tango Show this is the place to go.
