Worth visiting for its architectural splendour alone - a great shopping drop off point in BA for upmarket purchasing - and a first class food court. It even has an art gallery and theatre upstairs!

This is a very pretty mall, you cant miss it white walking on Calle Florida! The building from outside is impressive and huge! It spans an entire block. Once you enter, there is a whole lot of shops you can shop from, mostly all brands. Coming from US, I preferred not to shop from the normal brands, but I enjoyed... More

Visiting Florida street is kind of a must when visiting Buenos Aires. This street might have been a great spot to shop but now, sadly, it's full of cheap stores that are not really worth visiting. Instead of spending time at these shops, go directly to Galerías Pacífico. This medium size shopping mall holds the best argentinean brands as well... More

Visited here just to exchange US for Pesos and ended up staying three hours! Mall has stores for everyone, great eating places and seats in beautiful surroundings for the people with you who aren't shopping.

Coming from Asia where most malls are new modern buildings, Pacifico's ornate interior frescoes are quite a change from the usual ones we see in Asia as it has such a nice heritage feel to it. The shopping, however, is nothing to shout about as compared to Asia where I'm from, the prices are higher and the offerings are really... More

Worth a visit if you are in BA. The decor itself is worth a visit alone. Shops are mostly high end shops and prices are not really competitive compared to other countries so in terms of shopping to take back home not much on offer. But in the basement there are some nice Asado outlets that serve great steaks for... More

It seems like you are in Europe, there are good brands albeit some international brands missing. But hey you are in Argentina!

This is the same mall you'll find in most cities and upscale suburbs. Prices range from high to exorbitant. Think of the most expensive mall store near you, then add 15%. If you want to spend a lot on clothes or leather goods, there are many other options in more pleasant, less crowded settings.

Very well laid out shopping mall. Good array of shops with some very high quality clothe shops on offer. Food court had an excellent range and was good value. Would recommend the leather shop on the first floor. Great service and even better goods.

Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
