From my first email to when I met Amelia for my tour Day Clicker was a first rate operation. We visited some amazing little spots I would have never found on my own. We chatted with locals while Amelia taught me some invaluable tips and tricks about shooting subjects on the street. It was a great afternoon and I would... More

I was in Buenos Aires for only three days. I emailed Amelia about taking a tour just a week before I was going to be there. She was very accommodating and even offered a different day from what was listed on her website. My first day there, I met up with her for a photography tour of Palermo Soho. We... More

I got in touch with Amelia while I was in Sydney and it was super easy to book a custom tour. We corresponded on what I would like to experience and accordingly on the day, we went to some really interesting locations and streets. The barber shop was very cool. Amelia is amazing. She knows the streets and the ways... More

I now do these 1:1 photography tours in all cities I visit as a standard part to my holiday. This was the most enjoyable of the three I have done in the past 10 months through Canada and the US. Amelia provided a great tour around Palermo - some great local spots included. She was knowledgeable and really made the... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review! I had a wonderful day with you and thank you for your kind words. I am concerned that there was an aspect of the tour that you found disappointing and I'd like to address that and perhaps offer an option to make it up to you. I believe that taking... More

I was in Buenos Aires for business. I enjoy photography and had limited time to visit Buenos Aires. I thought combining a tour and photography would be great. I contacted Day Clicker Tours for a customer tour. We got to see all the neighborhoods and focus on photography. I really enjoyed the help on getting nice angles and shots (and... More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amelia for a tango photo shoot while visiting Buenos Aires. Amelia arranged getting the dancers , helping with poses and interpreting between me and the dancers. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her for this tour. I wish I had more time I would have taken more tours.

Amelia was a super guide taking me to off the beaten track & meeting locals, the kids crossings man, the barber, the shop keeper. Lots of local treats while learning camera tricks! Luckily Amelia was more organized than me & when my bAttery ran out let me use her camera - over & beyond the call of duty. While meeting... More

Excellent tour. Amelia knew where all the best graffiti was. I highly recommend this tour for photographers wishing to capture the most colorful graffiti in Buenos Aires.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
