About

Argentine Cooking Classes for Tourists In the neighborhood of Chacarita, Buenos Aires, Azaí is a loft-type space especially designed for cooking and having a good time. We have a professional, state of the art kitchen in which twelve people can comfortably cook simultaneously. You only need to bring a willingness to learn and have fun, we will provide all the rest, from cookware to aprons. At the end of each class we share the table to have a degustation of the dishes previously cooked accompanied by a glass of Argentine wine.

Dont be fooled by the website

I found him on the web and was wary to say the least but I went to espacio azai today and it was fantastic. Marcelo was very hands on and explained the background for each of the dishes and was very accomadating. We made 3 dishes for which we were given the recipes to recreate at home. It was a very professional kitchen stunningly clean just how I like it and the space was large enough to host parties and bigger groups. It's ashame that his name doesn't appear in the google searches often but I found it and highly recommend him
