We were just walking down the street and stopped in to book a trip from Buenos Aires to Tigre. I was impressed with their service, but the best part was our knowledgeable, informative, friendly and professional guide, Walter Cuéllar, who spent the whole day with us. We will certainly use Tangol again because of our guide. I'm a very satisfied... More

A great tour. Took subway and buses like the locals to La Boca, Plaza de Mayo, Obelisco, and Recoleta Cemetery. Claudia my guide was a delight and a great help when I needed to find a camera strap! A great experience.

If you are Catholic and an admirer of our Pope I clearly recommend this tour, as it takes you through the places where he was born, lived, studied, and worked, giving you a better rationale behind his acts and thoughts. Our guide, Pablo, was very good in explaining all his "regular citizen" activities besides being very knowledgeable and friendly who... More

We went to a Racing vs Temperley game while in Buenos Aires and our guide was Mateo. He was really helpful, collecting us in plenty of time, telling us about the history of the club and finding us some great seats. He was constantly making sure we were OK and made it a great day out. His passion for Racing... More

I had a brilliant experience with Tangol!! Everything was smooth and easy to the point where I felt like a local fan just going to another game on my season ticket. The game at La Bombonera was intense and atmospheric plus it was a goal fest with the rampant Boca hitting 6 past poor Deportivo Cali from Columbia! If I... More

I looked around at a few local tours and Tangol is the best for sure. Mateo was super friendly and helped me with everything from questions, booking and he even borrowed me his Racing Club jersey for the game, the legend! I am a massive football fan and I have been wanting to see an Argentinan Premier Division game for... More

We've spent almost 2 years in Buenos Aries and met Tangol when bought a tour for football match thru Viator. Later we made a visit to Estancia (Gaucho Show) and one more football. All the tours were well organized. Special thanks to Mateo Regnier, who was our guide for the Racing game, He is real football fun, polyglot and charismatic... More

No complains with this company. Booked with them in the San Telmo office. Communication was good with organising the pick up. All in all they are good to deal with.

We went to the 'superclasico' River vs Boca with these guys and it was a really good day out. We arranged from outside of the country, but they were great with email correspondence and confirming our booking. They also have an office in town that you can go and book through. We paid a lot (probably too much) for tickets... More

Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
