La Bicicleta Naranja offers Bike Tours around the City of Buenos Aires and Bike Rentals. We propose the idea of visiting the city in a different way, learning about its history, stories of the portenos roots, buildings and monuments, and the everyday activities. We consider this an interesting way of discovering Buenos Aires, assisted by tour guides, who speak both English and Spanish. The itineraries are previously organized, with a duration of 3 to 4 hours, and they do not demand plenty of physic effort from the ones who are interested in doing them.

A cycle tour is an excellent way to discover buenos aires. The city is mostly flat so in theory good for cycling. The nice thing about cycling is that it is slow enough to see everything and fast enough to see a few neighborhoods in an afternoon. So we booked our tour in advance and paid the USD 40 per... More

My husband and I wanted a bike ride through BA because the weather was gorgeous and we wanted a guide to tell us the history of the city. We ended up being the only 2 people on the tour which seemed awesome to have such a personalized experience. Our tour guide took us through car traffic which was terrifying. What... More

Thanks for letting us know your opinion. We know that BA traffic is a little messy and may seem a bit challenging. Nevertheless our routes are designed to circulate in great parts on cycle lanes or not very busy streets. We have 12 years of trajectory and experienced guides. We regret that the noise of our city made you spend... More

I have come to really enjoy a good bike tour of the cities I visit as I find it's the best way to get up close and personal with numerous areas, mostly at your own pace. I typically have done these tours on my own --- simply renting a bike with a map. But I liked that The Orange Bike... More

Really enjoyed bike tours with this company in Buenos Aires. Nestor took us to La Boca and Puerto Madero yesterday. This was an afternoon tour and great fun. Today we went to Tigre delta. We ride bikes, took a train twice and had a boat trip around the delta which was absolutely fascinating. People live on the island so move... More

I originally signed up for the south tour, but due to the weather and some people in the group who wanted to do stuff in the north, we did a hybrid tour Including san telmo, la boca, puerto madero, recoleta, and retiro. The guide, Nestor, was awesome. He explained things well in both english and spanish, and was happy to... More

My boyfriend and I did the South tour (which included la Boca, San Telmo, puerto Madero, ecological reserve and placa de mayo). The bikes were good (no helmets), the tour was nice but especially our guide (cush/ cullen) was great. He is from the US so native english speaker but has lived for over 5 years in BA so his... Even though I'm living in this amazing city I believe this is the best way to visiting Buenos Aires and discover little secret places enjoying an excellent exercise. I extremely recommend taking some days using Bicicleta Naranja as I did several time feeling as an excited tourist in my own city.

We hired bicycles from Naranja (orange) bicycles and they were terrific! They were fast and effective and, owing to different legislative requirements no doubt, just kept a passport to ensure return. The bikes were modern and safe, though there were no helmets needed. Great fun and recommended.

This is a fantastic way to see the city and learn a lot about the history and culture. There is so much to see in BA and a bike tour is a great way to cover ground more quickly than walking. Don't be deterred by the thought of sharing the streets with crazy BA drivers. We found the ride comfortable... More

We spent a 4 hr morning for 180 pesos per person biking the city of Buenos Aires. This was a great experience and bikes worked well. We know that there are free bikes in this city but could not figure out how to rent. This was a cost effective option and gave us access to numerous city sites.
