In the Argentine capital, I dedicate myself mainly to organizing Portrait Photoshoots and Private Photography Tours/Workshops. During these activities, you will learn more about photography and expand your creativity, while discovering some of the best places in Buenos Aires and around. Tango Dancer Photography in Buenos Aires

Spent 3 hours with Nicholas and a lovely pair of dancers photographing in several Buenos Aires neighborhoods. Pre-session, Nicholas was exceedingly prompt with his responses to my email questions. During the shoot he exhibited a sincere interest in being certain that the experience was meaningful to me. He offered technical advice that was helpful. This was probably one of the finest photo experiences I've had. Nicholas is more than five stars!

Your Best Choice In Buenos Aires For Personal Branding

For my personal branding I’m always looking for new photo sessions, to create more content for social media. In the past I have worked with lots of photographers, but the quality and service that Nicholas provided while shooting in Buenos Aires is world-class. He was very creative with the photoshoot idea, suggesting great locations and showing high level of skill with posing and lights. I opted for a tailor-made photoshoot, as I had special requirements and it worth every single cent. I definitely recommend working with him!

Private photography lessons

Nicholas is an excellent photography teacher! He was super clear, patient and understanding. I really feel like I got a good sense of photography basics and techniques. He followed up on our lessons with written materials that were very helpful as well. As a teacher myself, I can be very picky about approaches to pedagogy and instruction. I highly recommend Nicholas!

Travel photographer Nicholas
I had the pleasure of using Nicholas, as my photography workshop guide. Nic, took an interest In my interest from why i wanted to get into photography and looked at images that I shoot and gave me some pointers on improvement goals. He took me to some locations for get shots while observing me and my image to make sure I'm doing the best thing possible to get the best shot. Nic, showed me his website and credentials and what future goals he has for himself and projects. Nic, takes photography serious and I'd you say this is what you want to do then he's capable of direction you. After our section was over I rode the subway for the first time with Nic as he thought it was a better option to get to my next destination and he was right.

What a great way to learn photography!

Starting with photography can be quite overwhelming with all the new information but luckily I took a private classes with Nicholas and it was the best.

During 4 classes he explained all the basics of photography and I had to opportunity to practice with all the different elements. He also provided reading material after each lesson which also helped with my understanding.

He is a great guy and the classes where a lot of fun. It was also a wonderful way to see different parts of the city. We had class in the beautiful nature reserve, but also in the busy streets to better practice different techniques.

If I had any questions, Nicholas always had answers. He also helped me with different options for buying a new lens and always has great tips for the best places to visit!

Unique Photo Shoot, lasting remembrance

I like to share with the TA community an experience we had with a photographer we hired to do a photo shoot around Buenos Aires’ iconic sites. The gentleman, Nicholas Tinelli, provided a top level photo shoot experience including a transport van to shuttle us to different sites. While a shoot like this isn’t listed on his website Nicholas is willing to tailor a shoot to your specific desires. We chose to move around to several of BA’s iconic sites for our photos. Nicholas is a gracious and interesting gentleman. Having migrated to BA from Italy he provides a unique perspective on the city. We enjoyed working with Nicholas. We had excellent communications including a Skype session prior to our trip to plan the shoot. He was flexible, worked hard to satisfy, and provided a first-rate finished product. If you want a truly unique experience and an incredible professional photo portfolio souvenir to have as a remembrance of your Buenos Aires vacation this is IT!

I thoroughly enjoyed my photo tour with Nicholas! He is very knowledgable, taught me a lot, and encouraged me to try new things. He was very friendly and laid-back; it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. It was a very enjoyable day!

My best day in Buenos Aires!

I had never done this before. I consider myself to be an intermediate level photographer. I was visiting Buenos Aires for the first time and it is a big city. My experience with Nicholas was excellent! I advised Nicholas of my interests (primarily architecture) and he assembled an itinerary using his professional photographers eye, of the locations he thought I would enjoy most. He was totally right in choosing the locations, and when we got there he would sometimes suggest angles, while always giving me the space to take the photos I enjoy. I ended up with photos I am very proud of. Additionally as I was a woman traveling solo, it was reassuring to have him by my side when shooting photos in the street. Nicholas is professional, considerate, and very knowledgeable. His English is perfect if you need that. I also enjoyed our conversations about photography, and life in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend photo tours with Nicholas Tinelli!
