Address
Neighborhood: Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

Ro sedal de Palermo.

Deserves a visit in spring, of course, when the plants are in bloom. It is a great pleasure to walk among the collection of rose plants and aspire their perfume. I have often been there.

The Lungs of BA
Mar 2020
The lungs of Buenos Aires, a place to sunbathe, enjoy the scenery, see the goose and ducks swimming.

It is like central park in New York.

The Central Park of BA

You can not stop visiting this beautiful park, it is very well kept, and it is very beautiful.

They compare it to Central Park in NY. What they have in common is that they are the green lung of the city.

magic roses
Dec 2019
Last year, I sent a picture of Rosedal de Palermo to my best friend, asking her if she´d like to go with me the next day, and for my surprise she was agree. We got up very early and had a heavy trip. But when we arrived, we saw the most beutiful place we had ever seen. We had never seen lot of roses before, so we took a lot of pictures around the roses and spent much time just sitting there, with mate and some cookies.

Beautiful roses
Jan 2020
With over a 100 species of roses, this is a beautiful place to take photos. There is no admission fee. We did a walk through with photos in about 30 minutes. Closed on Mondays. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 8AM-7PM. Most of the roses bloom in spring by there are other colorful flowers in autumn and winter so any time during the year is a good time to visit the gardens. Some other nice photo ops are the Greek Bridge or the Pergola (walk between the rose garden and the lake). There are 26 busts of poets and writers in the center of the gardens.

Beautiful park but absolutely no shade and very few places to sit
Jan 2020
The thousands of roses in this park are beautiful and the landscaping is welcoming and interesting. We were there on a January morning and it was sweltering. Unfortunately, there is hardly any shade and nowhere to sit. A late afternoon visit would be better if you're there in the summer.

Romantic and enchanting
Feb 2020
This rose garden is very beautiful any time of the year, but it is gorgeous in spring and summer. Hundreds of plants blooming with roses of different colors coming from every corner of Europe and America. Between 9 and 10 am it is rather empty and you can imagine you are the owner of the place! Do not miss the Patio Andaluz nearby.
