Ticked a lot of boxes for us. Definitely recommend
We had a great time here. The entrance cost was £60 for 3 (2 adults and an 11 year old). There were very few people there so no queues at all. The slides were all perfect for us and there was lots to do for younger children too. Ie splash park areas. Plenty of sun loungers and nice areas to relax. Only one food outlet open and we didn’t eat there so this didn’t bother us. It’s not all singing and dancing like the water park at Atlantis but then neither is the price. We actually had a better time at Dreamland because we got to do more rather than queue for an hour for each ride. There’s some maintenance going on but nothing that interfered with our day. There are some caged animals which we’d prefer weren’t there (ie monkeys in fairly small cages) but overall we’d recommend a half day here if you have children. Local taxi from Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah took us, waited 3 hours and brought us back. Great guy - Sultan can be WhatsApp on 0553149118. Very eager to help and a very fair price.

Day out for small kids and family.
The place is great for small kids, but it closes at 5:30pm so we need to either go longer and earlier in the day, or they should open until 7. They have changing rooms with showers and lockers separately that costs 30 dhs per Locker. No place to hang abaya or kandura so best to go in your sports /swim wear and clothes that are ok to fold. There is a small mini zoo with Orx, monkeys, camel, donkeys parrots and ducks. There’s lot of shade due to trees which is nice. The water was warm a little. They sell biryani and fizzy drink meals, but not many healthier options for food.

    Great park, avoid overnight stay
We spent a night in the cabana overnight. It was the most uncomfortable night ever. Inflatable beds partialy deflated during the night, making them very soft and leaving me wit back pain. Every move was noisy and woke the rest of the family up. When we complained, we were told that it is part of the experience and that lot if guests complain. BBQ Dinner, as per schedule for 6-7pm started at 9pm, with fire preparation, we ate at 9.30. Very poor breakfast. The park is great, clean with lots of rides to chose from, not overcrowded. Will come back for a day for sure not overnight.

Extremely Disappointed with dreamland aqua park
My recent (sunday 16th July) visit to dreamland aqua park was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I entered, it became evident that this waterpark was not living up to its promises. First and foremost, a majority of the rides were closed or not functioning properly. The lack of water flow in some of the rides made them almost unusable. It was incredibly frustrating to see these attractions advertised and then be denied the opportunity to enjoy them. To add insult to injury, the park closed exactly at the stated time, without any consideration for the guests. It felt like they were rushing to get everyone out, disregarding any enjoyment we may have had left. It left a sour taste in my mouth, as I had expected to spend a full day of fun at the waterpark. Furthermore, the changing room experience was nothing short of disappointing. After 5:30 PM, there was no water available in the changing rooms. I asked front staff (wearing white kandua) solving the issues on the contrary saying time finish, felt as though they were shutting down the facilities prematurely, as if they wanted to rush guests out without any consideration for their comfort or needs. Overall, my visit was an absolute letdown. The closure of several rides, the premature shutdown of the park, and the lack of water in the changing rooms all contributed to a terrible experience. It is my sincere recommendation that potential visitors seek alternative waterparks that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises.

    1. Not suited for overnight camping 2. Highly overpriced for overnight camping 3. Poor quality food (dinner and breakfast for Indians) 4. Cold breakfast. 5. Not a temperature controlled pool. 6. They check your bags physically when you enter (specially in Covid , you don’t want someone to put hands inside your personal belongings) We went in December 2020.

On the territory there is a so-called "zoo" - more precisely, a concentration camp for animals! Behind the fence, on the bare ground, rabbits lie in a 45-degree heat, they feel bad, they breathe heavily, their hearts are pounding, they are motionless ... poor monkeys and other animals. You are real flayers, let the animals go where there are conditions for them!

    Terrible
it was during eid holidays. in my opinion, biggest rip off. lack of crowd management, water is not clean. customer service is very bad. i am still on an ongoing feud with them and the company they are using for sales and marketing. i would recommend avoiding it at all costs and going to Yas water park or Aquaventure.

    Quick and easy afternoon out.
Staying at the barracuda resort next door, it made sense to give Dreamland a go. Arriving early to beat the crowds we doing a nice spot in a garden area to chill out between trying to rides and slides. The park, albeit a bit dated, is well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff throughout. Some of the rides are genuinely quite thrilling, while others and simple yet enjoyable. My only concern was the group of 30+ 16-year-old-looking kids who took over the bar area, getting served alcohol. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence but the initially very chilled out and quiet spot quickly became overcrowded, noisy and generally unpleasant.

Terrible experience just buying the ticket. Offers on partners websites aren't applicable for bachelors? Ridiculous. Not mentioned on any of their partners websites nor on the coupon/tickets purchased. Rude staff on the phone, no sense of customer service. Extremely poor, would not recommend.

    A MUST-DO camping weekend!
I have been living in Dubai for many years and have never been to Dreamland. They are celebrating their 15 year anniversary this year so have some deals. We decided to hit this water park (as a family) with our boys (2.5, 15, and 23 years) since they have a camping option that dont require tents (although you can). It is so awesome to be able to camp on-site at a water park considering we are from the states (originally) and this is unheard of with such liabilities there, unless its a smaller hotel/water-park....so the whole concept sold us! Knowing its their 15th year there and being in Dubai myself for 9, I didnt expect much and figured we would have a blast as a family regardless. We were surprised at how much fun it was! Its true, you need to overlook the dated landscaping and attractions, but there are great options and attractions fr all ages. The place if full of more natural decor vs. Ice Land's concrete park! palm front lifeguard umbrellas & enough palms on-site for shade. We used a Family Entertainer coupon for 30% off overnight camping so we got a good discount on the overall price and admin had no problem with our coupon. she was wonderful to book with and answered all of our questions prior to check in (including my, "do lizards creep into the cabanas"...good to know!). she was personable & knowledgeable ("Lynn"). We got a terrace cabana for ourselves & 2.5 yr old baby and 1 for our 15 & 23 yr old boys to share. Lynn emailed us the whole camping gear provided list and a schedule of our weekend. that was nice for me to get us all ready...with kids! Check-in was a breeze but if the parking is full and if they welcome you to the illegal "lined" parking spots at the front door for ease of unloading your bags, don't do it because we got a 200 aed ticket!!! :( yikes. They carted us to our cabins and helped us in. There was a camp guide, if you will, at check-in who explained our day/schedule and what the nite would entail. He gave us our cashless wristbands (free but loaded ourselves). He was always available and ready for requests & assistance! He was wonderful. They even hang out all nite till everyone is inside & asleep for the night, just incase. Our toddler had a break-out from playing in the grass and they were ready to help. Once we got settled, upon check-in,we had a blast in the park! The boys (otherwise from Los Angeles) claimed the rides were fun & fairly competitive and lines were short. There were 2 fab play areas for little ones & even a long child slide (no heavy drops) right alongside the adult ones so our toddler felt he was on the slides with his much older brothers. That was really cool! There was toilet flush slide, as the boys joked, dark ones, and we all went on a family tube ride (ok, i was too chicken, but even the baby went & loved it!). lazy river although not great or covered, we liked it. A wonderful family bar busting out retro tunes, cutting-edge new ones, and arabic music. we sat in granite stools/tables IN the water & threw back a cocktail ;) while the baby swam around. One of the coolest things I saw was the "Dead Sea" in which they truck in water from Jordan...the actual dead sea, so the lifeguard claimed...said he sees the truck when it comes. I believe it because I lived in Jordan and it felt quite the same. It was a wonderful & unique experience for ALL of us! How cool is that!!! They even have a few small animal cages that made up a mini-zoo our boys got a kick out of. We illegally fed the deer apples & carrots we smuggled from breakfast ;) and the cages were clean. The zookeeper came around feeding the animals and we were able to have a small chat with him. he was so nice & gentle with the animals. There is a really good wave-pool. and lets not forget a shisha-cafe! Request shisha for your BBQ and they will set it up for you for addt'l cost (minimal). One thing I respect this park for is the knowledge of ALL of the staff and the attention each & every lifeguard gave to every guest in the park. They NEVER take their eyes off your children and we felt very safe as our eyes wandered over the attractions & left our older boys to wander on their own. This alot from a MOM...and unlike the negative attention we usually get from lifeguards/lookers here! Our camping experience was like nothing we have done before! Our cabanas were like little doll or playhouses. very pleasingly clean & simple cedar sheds with black shades to keep sun out, cool, & privacy. electrical outlets for phones. etc. The A/C was new & powerful. No critters. sun-loungers and a perfect little porch for a game of family scrabble after dinner. We packed a ball, frisbee, and badmitton....and stuff to make smores! The boys played in the grass while Dad mastered the grill & I set up. They provide loads of meat (hot dogs, burgers, and skewers-combo) babaganoush, hommous, salad, and another cold side, and a salad. 1 pop each, 1 large water each...even for the baby...and condiments, cutlery, coffee & tea, all in a ice box...ice & all. Even a matel teapot to make coffee/tea in the am or after dinner....table & chairs too. It was far from posh, but everything we needed w/o the hassle!!! wonderful! we had PLENTY to eat. there wernt alot of bugs, and even in the heat of July, the weather was bearable considering the park is on the ocean (no access). our camp is right in front of the waterslides but the pool at the bottom of them stays open till 2am for a nite dip...awesome! We all loved it and it is highly highly recommended! We will certainly be back in the winter months. Apparently the super quiet & relaxing family experience we had is because it was summer...they said the grass is packed with tents in the winter months and it is quite a live party & full of kids too! We look forward to the alternative as well. One negative was that although i feared the creepy camp showers you usually get, the only shower house/bathrooms are shared with the park go-ers and have 3 outdoor showers to bond with your neighbors as they watch your morning shower...LOL. I hated it, but embraced it and laughed since our neighbor spent the weekend in his boxers anyway. HAHA. The boys thought it was hilarious watching the rest of the family in the shower & we joked at the awkward 'family shower' since our boys are older. I even shared my shampoo with my neighbor. bathrooms are a stone-throw from your cabin to and clean enough, but dated. no biggie...after all, it IS camping, isnt it!

I went with my husband, 12 year old son, another couple and their 9 year old daughter. We chose to stay 2 nights in the cabins. It was pricey for what it was - more like large garden sheds - summerhouses maybe? Inside each cabin was a double inflatable bed and a single inflatable bed, with blackout blinds and a light. Nothing else. This is what we called "basic camping" one up from a tent. We were the ONLY people staying for 2 nights in the park. Our welcome was not very efficient or friendly. The park is a bit on the jaded side and in need of updating and painting. I didn't like the fact that there was a small animal park with a family of monkeys in their own cage, lots of different species of birds crowded in another cage, deer in another, and small shetland ponies in another. It all seemed rather sad. Needless to say, the evening perked up when we had the whole park to ourselves (although we were only allowed to use one pool), and the lovely employee wheeled out 2 BBQ's, and delivered the most lovely spread of food, meat and salads for our BBQ each night. Our breakfast was fantastic, with fried eggs, fresh orange juice, toast, fresh vegetables, and our lunch was superb. The chef was really really kind and made sure all our meals were superb. The adults however had a very very two uncomfortable nights on the beds!! The second night, I dragged in a sunlounger and slept on that! This does not warrant 2 nights! The kids had a ball! It was pricey at just over £700 full board for 2 days for 6 people. Disappointing also were the outdoor showers which were cold. Proved a little difficult when we woke in the morning wanting a nice hot shower in private!
