We did the paragliding off this mountain and went up for food too and both were amazing experiences! However I would not go up again as the taxi ride up is a little bumpy and quite scary! The drivers do know exactly what they are doing getting up there so there is no need for worry but if your not... More

Used EasyRiders to experience paragliding. Guide spoke very little English, so could not give good commentary. He managed to forget to charge his camera so we ended up with no photos or dvd which were included in the price. They offered us another jump, but our holiday had ended and we had no time, also the moment had passed. They... More

Stories about how scary it is to take the trip up Babadag are throwbacks to when the road was a rough track (8+ years ago) when the only transport was in open jeeps. Then the trip really did seem scarier than paragliding off the top. Nowadays you travel up in comfortable air-conditioned minibuses in a little over half the time... More

I enjoy watching the paragliders and it is great to go up Babadag and watch them take off. There is a little café at the top where you can get something to eat or drink and if it is a little chilly there are blankets you can use. We went up on the Dolmus from Hisaronu at a cost of... More

Took a dolmus from Hisaronu (up the hill past Talk of the town), cost about £5 return. We were left up there to look around for approx. 3 hours, the time flew by. Its fascinating watching all the flyers? jumpers? leaping off the mountain. The vies over the Blue Lagoon are spectacular & the air up there is beautiful. Well... More

Went to the top of the mountain and jumped off!!!!! Crazy? Yes but what a buzz and what incredible views.. Thanks to Escape Adventures for taking us up and down safely.. If you are staying at Olu Deniz or surrounding areas it is definitely worth the effort. Just wish we had a facility in the UK to match! Make sure... More

We caught a dolmus from the bus station at Olu Deniz to the viewpoint up on Babadag to watch the paragliders during the annual festival. There is a decent café up there with drinks and light meals, and it was great to watch the aerial displays in the sunshine. Olu Deniz has numerous agencies offering tandem flights - unfortunately we... More

Went up in dolmus from Hisaronu and cost £5 return per person, takes about 40 minutes. When you get up there the next dolmus down is 2 hours later. Have read a number of times that the ride up and down the mountain is scary. We would give it a 3 out of 10 on scary scale, road is block... More
