    Wine, Views AND big cats!!!
Beautiful winery and grounds. Outstanding wines. We did the tasting with the large cheeseboard. Lovely outdoor seating area. That was all great but... the big cats were the draw!! Be sure to go at feeding time. Highly recommend!!!

Charming farm, great for the kids
What a charming place to visit. They have so much to offer from the shops, restaurant, wine tasting, petting zoo and even the big cat farm. The kids enjoyed the play area after which they joined us for a kids tasting, nice touch. The person who helped us with the tasting was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

    Family Visit
We timed our visit for the feeding of the big cats for my grandson. The other one , 15 months, was too young to fully appreciate but had a ball of a time anyway. We were in time for the afternoon feed. Even though there was quite a big amount of visitors, it was easy to get good vantage points to view the feeding of the animals. The big cat section is very well maintained and the establishment complies with the required policies. The guide was very knowledgeable and could answer all questions posed to him. The animal farm was combined with a play area for young kids. The animals are very well looked after and it was a nice area to relax. The restaurant does not cater for Halaal and one cannot bring own food inside. We luckily found this out upfront and had lunch at home and had coffee and sweet pastries in the animal farm area. The whole farm is very tranquil and a place for relax from baby to elderly, with stunning views ( fauna and flora).

My wedding day was extremely disappointing. We had been quoted on and paid for orchids and meals, which we did not receive. The flowers and decor were late on the wedding day. We had also paid for certain centre pieces and had been through everything in our mock up - which was not what we received. The actual venue itself is beautiful, the staff and service is not anything to rave about. I, personally, would not recommend this venue as a wedding venue to any future brides. Rather pay the extra money and get the service you deserve on your special day. Extremely angry and disappointed that these photos and memories are what I have to live with for the rest of my life of things I did not ask for.

We booked a picnic basket at Hudson's venue for valentine's day.
We have been a bit disappointed by the food provided compared to the price paid...
OK, you get nice pots and a nice bag at the end, but the food provided was not at level. We've experienced picnics on other wine farms with more refined products and at a lower cost.
The only beverage included in tha basket was a bottle of grape juice (the alcohol restrictions were lifted), but they planned booth where you could purchase alcohol or coffee. A pity that none of those were included...

The setting was nice under the willow trees, and on the edge of the water pond...
We also enjoyed the visit of the big cat park.

It's a child friendly winery where you can watch the big Cats. The tour guide is very helpful and insightful. Feeding time is the best time which happens twice at 11am & 3pm. You get to do wine tasting for adults...

Beautiful gardens to just walk around and relax. The big cats are beautiful and worth to see. There are also other animals on the farm right next to the big cats. Go early to see the big cats when they are still active and it's not so hot. The restaurant was full so we didn't bother to order anything. There are a lot of securities on the premises, so it is very safe. One can just relax and appreciate nature.

Lovely safe place for kiddies and family. The little food available was very disappointing and coffee station durty. More shade nets will be nice too. Little bit more effort can do this place very good.

We were there for the first time in 2020 and had a good brunch. We dreamed of coming back and in February we visited the place again. We had booked the Guesthouse and it was super nice. We went over to the restaurant and had breakfast. When we arrived, we went to a wine tasting and it was a good experience. A visit can definitely be recommended.

We visited the winery with our kids. The place has a little closure with 8-10 big cats. They have feeding sessions. It’s quite ok with the kids . They have Bengal tiger too. They have a gift shop and restaurants. We are there and was quite decent. The views of the mountain are breathtaking. You can spend 2-3 hrs easily . Very relaxing atmosphere.
