Stellenbosch is a gorgeous town with wonderful shops, hotels and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around. Well worth a visit.

Drop Street Stellenbosch is lined with historical old buildings restaurants and coffee shops,one being the well known golfer Ernie Else's restaurant and wine tasting of the Ernie Else's wines, the Big Easy Another place to see or purchase old collective memorabilia of times gone by

Dorp Street is one of those rare finds in South Africa that has managed to keep it beautiful old world charm. The buildings are among some of oldest in the country. The oak trees add to the picturesque character of this street.

Yes I agree, if you have a car, also go to Strand, not far away and walk on the beach and take photos.Wineries are also great. Enjoy!
