We went to a bunch of different wineries and I noticed a difference between the service. The small wineries took time with us and we felt welcome but tokara they didn't even come to our table. Was more like a bother to help us. Didn't even let us know that they also have the option of trying olive oils. It... More

This is one of the top places to visit to view over the vineyards and do a wine tasting. 9 x wines including Directors Reserve and dessert wine for R50 is a bargain. The guy we had was great, with loads of information and talked through each wine thoroughly. The views across the valley are amazing and a great place... More

This is one of the many Cape wineries, but in a spectacularly beautiful setting - rugged mountains close by and long views across to the Cape mountains. We had a lovely light lunch at the Deli and wandered through the olive groves. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful, beautiful place. We did the 6-wine tasting, plus the brandy. Truly phenomenal wines. I just wish I could get them here in the states!

Great wine tasting experience. The actual wine tasting was free and we were grateful that it was opened on a Sunday. Staff were friendly and helpful and we did buy a great tasting Sauvignon Blanc

This is a beautiful tasting room! Not sure if the view is better at night or during the day, both are amazing. The wines were nice, but we were unhappy they we sold out of their award winning pinotage. Explains why it was not on the restaurant wine list. The most odd thing was when my wife asked to taste... I took my father and boyfriend to experience their first wine tasting in the beautiful Stellenbosch hills. We were welcomed with big smiles and the most amazing server who not only knew his wines but who was also very passionate about them. As it was quiet and we had many questions he offered to take us on a tour of... More
