One of the best amphitheatres in the Cape Town area. Wide range of performances from classic to kleinkunst. Before the show you can go for a picnic on the grassfield above the theatre. Highly recommended.

Having fond memories of The Sixties and the music, we got ourselves tickets for the Amphitheater at Oude Libertas. Always a pleasant evening out, guarantees of a nice atmosphere.

Vivaldi trio of bass guitar, accordion and violin - a unique interpretation of the Four Seasons. A balmy evening, wine bar before, at interval and afterwards. Not a bad seat in the amphitheatre. Beautiful night out.
