the young girl in the tourist office could not have been supportive. She spent time with us, ensuring that we totally comfortable with the information provided. A great ambassador for the local tourist service

Went in here so that we could be sure of the location of our hotel and to get a local map. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and pleasant.

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist you. A big plus is that there is that you don't have to struggle to find parking outside

Its easy and great to get info online, but there's nothing like personal attention, eye contact and seasonal information. Things changes fast, even in small rural towns like Oudtshoorn, so its great to pop in and have current information available, together with a friendly smile to go with it. We found it very helpful.

The ladies at the tourist info center called at an Ostrich farm to arrange a special entry for us, as we were running a bit late... wow!

We stopped here as we were staying 2 days in Oudtshoorn and needed to plan our time. The staff here were great : friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We were glad we had stopped as they gave us a good idea of the attractions of the area. Thanks guys!
