Freezing cold water so don’t think about swimming, some brave souls go in with wetsuits. Don’t go too far towards the east end nearbthe wreck as slightly less safe. But a gorgeous walk when not too windy. The sand is stunningly white and often features in magazine photoshoots

Beautiful beach for a stroll. Tranquil. Wonderful to watch people and dogs. The ONLY negative is guiding your feet through the dog faeces ... The locals don't pick up after their dogs. (witnessed this a few times and nearly stepped in it too).
