The surrounding, its like you not in South Africa, nice place to unwind, relax and feel yourself. Our apartment was very neat 3 bedroom with heated towels. There was basically no need to drive every place we needed was walking distance away.

It is a small area, with lot of botique arts/crafts and clothes shops. Lots of eating options. We stayed at the Marriott, so it was right outside our doorstep and enjoyed a couple of evenings here,

I spent 3 days in Knysna and enjoyed the Waterfront area. It is lovely to take a stroll in this area. There is a great choice of restaurants and excellent food. There are several shops to browse while in the area.
