The scenery and breathtaking views were outstanding. We drove through on our way to Cape Town but ended up visiting the big tree and local scenery for hours. Stunning.. Martin

I revisited Knysna and still think it is one of the best locations on the Garden Route. Tsitsikamma is an enchanting forest and I am convinced it is full of fairies. What an adventure!

Not sure if we were just getting too blasé about the beautiful South Aftican scenery, but we felt that the Garden Route was slightly disappointing. Yes, it was a nice drive with lots of spectacular scenery, but somehow we had expected rather more.

Nothing compares to the variety of beauty on the Garden Route of South Africa. For me truly the greatest and most beautiful route on earth.

Great views, great hikes, suggest you take your own food as the only restaurant has a monopoly in the park so service is not up to Cattle Baron standards.

This drive is inspirational , changing varied landscapes, surprising stops and wonderful views. Probably six days is too little to see as much as you would want but then there's always next time.

We drive from Port Elizabeth to the Addo Park,Colchester,Storms river mouth,Knysna, Wilderness,Oudfshoorn,Cape Agulhas,Hermanus and finally Cape Town. We took 3 weeks for the r trip and loved every minute of it apart from the disappointingly of Whales on our boat trip from Knysna. Addo and the Wilderness parks stood out as fondest memories.
