Great YOGA
Mar 2014 • Solo
A most remarkable place with very good yoga.Teachers excellent and two sessions a day makes the experience even better.Paternoster is a small, friendly fisherman's village. You will get a very good treat at the many excellent family restaurants. It is a place where you relax, with the wild nature and the sea around you.It is a peaceful and beautiful place where you can set your mind and recharge your energy.I,m going there again!

A wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay at Namastay, each self-loving person should at least once in his lifetime take a trip to South-Africa and retreat at Paternoster. Kind people, excellent food, top teachers !

Loved my week in Paternoster, a beautiful little fisherman's village with yoga on the beach in a tent looking out to the sea. Just wonderful. The team looked after us beautifully with the fresh juice bar before and after the morning and evening yoga. The houses are beautifully decorated and all within walking distance of the beach yoga and for exploring the little town.

My weekend at Namastay - fun fun fun!!
Mar 2014 • Couples
Waking up and 1 minutes later having an early morning beach walk. I couldn't wish for more. Before the juicebar opened I made my own breakfast with the delicious freshly baked muesli and yoghurt. That's one thing that made this yoga retreat special for me. It is about health and the details (like wheatgrass and superfoods), but it's also about enjoying life and indulge yourself.

Twice a day yoga was a bit too much for me, but it's not a problem so skip if you don't feel like it. The Vinyasa classes where quite diverse and it was interesting to experience the different teachers, each their own way what keeps it interesting. It's good to do a couple of classes before, I would say. Afterwards we often continued with funny poses on the beach that we felt to embarresed to try during class.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time, thanks to this laidback village and thanks to the people. We had a very nice group and even though we didn't spend too much time with every one, the juicebar and daily classes and dinner created such a nice atmosphere.

Thank you Namastay for organizing this FUN yoga retreat! I'll recommend it to every one who's looking for a relaxt and special out door holiday and yoga experience.
