This is a great way to access table mountain of you are not a walker or short on time. We were the latter, it gave us the chance to see as much as we could at the tip without using a whole day. I would recommend booking online before and getting there early as it can get very busy with... More

Long wait but queue kept moving. It was first sunny day for about 3 days and it was a Sunday. The view from the top was out of this world and we saw Dassies

This cable car is one of only three in the world that has a revolving platform within the car so that everyone gets a good view. The view is fantastic. Like most of these facilities it is not cheap but still worth it.

The Aerial Cableway greatly simplifies visiting Table Mountain. The ride is smooth and relatively fast. It's also handicap accessible. (There's plenty of room for wheelchairs in the cablecar with some nice accessible viewing spots up top as well.) And what a view it is! The view from the top is spectacular! There is also a restaurant gift shop, and restrooms... More

Very efficient way of getting to the top of Table Mountain - the option is hiking! Great views as the cable car rotates so that everybody gets a good view wherever they are standing.

The first day we arrived at Table mountain the cable car was closed due to winds. We decided to try on the day we left and as the weather was perfect it was worth it. The views on top are absolutely the best every. We arrived at 09:15 and the sign said 45 min wait. At exactly 10:00 we got... More

It was a bit costly to go up in the cable car - 3 adults came to about R740, but the view was stunning. The cable car has some windows and then just openings, which is great for snapping pictures as you go up. The floor turns so everyone has a chance to get some snaps out the openings. There... More

Fun ride to the top of Table Mountain. The view was just gorgeous. Wear good walking shoes, take a camera and be prepared for quickly changing weather conditions. Must-do.

Great experience and especially good to do with a bunch of friends or family. Once getting to see the views it's great being able to walk them too
