Barry is wonderful!! Extremely knowledgeable about hiking in and around Cape Town and super friendly. We highly recommend booking a hike with him if you visit Cape Town.

The hike from where the photo was taken was probably Kaptein's Peak. Splendid views all along the walk which is relatively easy, meaning hardly any climbing.
