This is the one of the best information office I've experienced ever in my life. The staffs are so kind, warm and helpful. They are the greatest problem solvers. Their help is unforgettable. This information office should be highly recommended.

We came upon this tourist information office while cruising the different streets near the Bo Kapp area. We were actually looking for a laundromat (VERY hard to find) as the hotel prices were so exorbitant. Not only did Hayley, the bookings consultant (and seeming office manager and knower of all things Capetown) refer us to a great guy (Nick picked up the laundry at the hotel, returned it the same day, and was amazingly inexpensive) but she was able to tell us about all types of walks and tours we were interested in. She has been developing a variety of walking tour maps that were fantastic and we wish they were already available. Hayley is extremely knowledgeable about all things Capetown. She would be a great resource for anyone in Capetown, or even on their way to Capetown.

Great, was there on August 9th at 3pm and the Place was closed. Obviously, As we learnt later this is a local Holiday but there was no notice about it plus no opening times listed at all. Very odd for a tourist office.

We called into the office of Go That Way to get some local information. We spoke to Hayley who has a great insight into South African ways, providing useful information such as tipping, safety and the best way to travel locally, as well as where to eat, trips and locations of attractions.
All other staff in the office were also friendly and helpful.
Definitely worth contacting if planning a trip in and around The Western Cape.

We went on a garden route for 3 days.
Friday in the morning we departed very early. In the car we had enough space so we could sleep and relax.

We have done so many things but we had never the feeling that we were in a rush. We have seen an ostrich farm, a cave, elephant sanctuary, monkeyland, walked with cheeta's, bungeejump. And it was really amazing! I recommend everyone to book a tour by go that way. You sleep in a beautiful cottage with view on sea. It's so quit and relaxed. The guides are lovely! They help you wherever they can, and they are so friendly! We have eaten delicious food.

The weekend was just amazing!
If you want to see the garden route and you don't know where to start; start at Go that way Cape Town!

Yesterday some friends and I went shark diving at White Shark Adventures, in Gansbaai. What an amazing experience! Hayley at Go that Way Tourist Info organised everything and showed us places off the beaten track. The drive back was magical, through Hermanus and along the stunningly beautiful Clarens Drive just in time for the sunset.

The cage diving was very exciting, brilliantly organised and interesting. The crew were great and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and lunch was included and delicious. The sharks were amazing, an experience I will never forget!

I went on the 3 day Garden Route, it was a very last minute decision and probably my best decision while I was in Cape Town.

Day 1 we went to see a beautiful cave and ostrich farm, it was a long drive from Cape Town so we got to see some beautiful scenary. We made it to our chalet by the beach at sunset, it was just stunning. Accmodation was clean, cosy and perfect, you could hear the ocean and walk to the beach in 5 mins. We went o watch sunrise on the beach one day. There was an amazing cafe near the beach were we good great coffee and fresh scones.

Day 2 we went to the Monkey and Bird Sancuaty, and ended the day with Zip lining as it was too windy for bungee jumping (which I was not going to do anyway), it was perfectly paced with the right about of breaks and stops, I reallt enjoyed the sessions. We also happened to be driving past another amazing beach with beautiful white sand, we were lucky enough to see a Whale!!! I was screaming with excitment.

Day 3, long drive back to Cape Town, we had the amazing view and the Game safai, where we saw 4 of the Big 5 (no water bufflos), it was so good, it lasted about 3 hours and we eneded the day with a nice lunch at the Game Lodge. Had an amazing steak there.

Hayley and Emma, were amazing host, they took us to places where they knew the food was good, I got to try so many different foods. We have regular stops for coffee and cakes, which made my day.

We were lucky to have an amazing group, it was small group of girls and we all just got along so well, Emma and Hayley left like they were on holiday with us.

Hayley made sure we were fed, maybe over fed, not that I am complaining. Hayley drove all the way, even when the weather was bad at times, she handled it so well... And Emma was just so pleasent, intelligent and authentic, it was a pleasure to have met them. I wish I had more time on the tour with them and the girls I met.
