At the heart of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is the stunning location of Cape Wheel, where you need to see the Waterfront from high-up. It's not WOW, but kids will enjoy the experience. The plastic cabins are not completely clear and clean, so the...More

Located in the VA waterfront, it is visible like an icon. It was fun. The view was good. Dont compare it to other wheels in other countries.

Firstly I must say that I am amazed at some negative reviews of the Wheel. How can it go round too slowly and for too long! I have done the London Eye and it is different. For a start there are generally no queues and...More

While the wheel is not very large and not match for the London Eye, its a good way of getting a panoramic view of the V&A waterfront, and a little bit of cape town. Why not take a spin if in the vicinity!

The Cape Wheel is a massive attraction, and while it might not be the fastest ride there is a view to appreciate. At night it lights up, and looks really pretty.

Great View. The ride is a bit on slow side but gives a great view from the top. When we were inside, it was raining a bit also. Thus it added further charm to the scenic view.

We visited this because we had free access through the iVenture pass. It is a ten minute ride and you go around a few times, which quickly becomes stale after 2 times because, how much of the same do you want to see? Do this...More
