What a great day with a great guide. Bruce made the day, he is a super chap who felt more like a friend at the end of the day. It really is a full day experience . We visited 4 very different vineyards and had a pleasant lunch at La Pommier where we were able to have Bobotie which we love. I cannot speak highly enough of this tour. Let Bruce guide you and you will learn so much and not only about 🍷. Many, many thanks.

Nick was our guide and we had a full van for the tour - and it was one of the most memorable tours my wife and I have ever done. We usually shy away from tours because we’re usually with the thought that flexibility is important and a more value-driven way to explore a new city, but we were pleasantly surprised by this tour. It is a must to really get the most out of the wineries here in Cape Town.
Nick is very informative and his “dad” jokes are very endearing and bring a smile to your day as it goes.
He was super accommodating while also being professional and punctual. We bought lots of wine and one of the best parts is that we made friends with another couple on the tour. So much so that we hiked Lion’s Head the next day together and plan on meeting each other again on the trip. This is a first for us, but so nice to make friends so quickly in such a beautiful place!
The only thing I would say that is constructive for the tour is more on the guests. There were several folks who didn’t tip Nick and I just think that’s terrible. Give credit where credit is due, it takes a lot to make all day yours like this work, educational, and also enjoyable.

We were picked up at our hotel at 8:30 am. We drove to wine country. We visited four wineries and had lunch.

The country side was beautiful. The wine tastings were informative. We had some delicious wines.

I would highly recommend this tour. We met some nice people in our group.

There seems to be little understanding of the fact that people are planning their days and for a company to wait five days to confirm a simple booking for two people is very poor, especially since the rejection came after them asking about where our hotel is located so I wouldn't be surprised if they "picked" someone staying in a hotel closer to them

a four winery tour of Stellenbosch wine region in SA. Our guide, Willem, was a young know-it-all . . .and not in the pejorative way - he just knew a lot about South African history and wines. He shared liberally with both but was super accommodating, responsive and fun. The wines were not outstanding but quantity and hostory made u for the lack of "100 pointers." a great way to meet people and have some fun.

With South Africa known for it's wine we were definitely looking to try the wines and this tour sure does that! We were picked up around 9am and were dropped off around 5pm and the whole day was full of wine which is not a complaint at all. There was a lunch stop too which included a variety of delish options!

Our tour guide was incredibly interactive and the group itself were really fun so made the day all that enjoyable (in total there were 10 of us so a decent size group). We went to four vineyards being:

- Murati in Stellenbosch
This stop was fantastic where the history of the vineyard and building was super interesting. We tried 6 wines here in total and were told a bit about the history of the wines so was nice.

- Remhoogte in Stellenbosch
This stop was my favourite of the 4 as the scenery was incredible, with springbok and zebra roaming around. I also found their wine the tastiest and felt a bit more information was given here about the 4 wines we tasted here.

- Backsberg in Franschhoek
This stop was nice where we got to see the manufacture process of brandy from wine, so the tasting including 4 wines and a brandy paired with some dark chocolate.

- Fairview in Paarl
This stop included 6 wines with 6 accompanying cheeses so I was very excited about this... I mean wine and cheese is perfection. The only issue was compared to the other 3 vineyards that was very personal, i.e. there we had our own table and person coming to us, in Fairview it was completely full of tasting sessions. You stand around a bar where one person in the middle just poured drinks giving no information really and then would chat with other guests on the other side. Many of our group simply left and did leave a bit of a sour note on the fantastic day we had so far.

To be honest, in all places I was hoping to learn more about the wines, particular tastes to pick up on etc where largely it was more just a wine sample given with no further detail added. Although I mention too much wine is no bad thing, in this case I'd have much preferred Fairview to have been removed and more time spent at the other three to give a bit more detail of the wines. Additionally, if small food was provided at each tasting to compliment each wine that would have been a real bonus, e.g. olives etc.

Nonetheless, this was a great day out and I'd certainly recommend.

We were collected from our hotel and from the minute Donnie our tour guide picked us up to the minute he dropped us back he made it interesting
We visited 4 different type of wineries and had a lovely lunch
Our favourite was definitely the 1st winery, mainly because they made cheese as well 😋 but all the wines were good.
It was nice and quiet on the drive back as everyone else was having a wine snooze

My wife and I as well as our friends enjoyed visiting the 4 wineries. Our driver Nick was great. He was informative, helpful, witty and gave attention to details. Lunch was great at Le Pommier. Best winery experience was Fairview. Highly recommend the tour!

We loved this tour from beginning to end. Nick our guide, was so knowledgeable and friendly that our day tour was amazing. We loved the Backsberg Shiraz 2013 that he recommended and purchased back at our B and B ater the tour. It was wonderful and a very good price to boot. The scenery was brilliant and we learned a great deal about wine as well. The included lunch on the vineyard terrace in the shade overlooking the vineyards was also lovely. I would do this tour again in a flash.
