I missed the 2010 soccer World Cup here so took the opportunity to watch the World Rugby Sevens here in December 2016. It still looks cool, a very modern design and the access from the V&A Waterfront parking an easy short walk. The admission process was efficient and finding seats easy with plenty lf stewards if needed. Although our seats... More

We visited the stadium and where impressed by its cool design and sheer size. The area around the stadium is very spacious with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

World Rugby 7's Cup ... It was amazing. Stadium was full. The supporters were amazing and cheerful. Great saturday !! Nice, modern, comfortable stadium. If you wanna see a soccer game, it will cost you around R40 ... Pretty cheap.

The Cape Town stadium is a world class facility and was built specifically for the 2010 Soccer World Cup and hosted 8 matches. Since then it has been used for International Music concerts and soccer and rugby matches. The stadium has a seating capacity of 55 000 but more seats can be added if necessary. The stadium is really huge and a great attraction for a football lover. Luckily I got to visit it at the the time of construction and recently too. It was a good experience.

This is one of the most beautiful stadia that South Africa invested in as part of the World Cup infrastructure. It stands out and has amazing facilities beyond football/soccer. The Cape Argus Cycle Tour ends at same and some duathlon's start from here.

Western Province fans will hate me for saying this, but the CT Stadium is in a different class to Newlands. Its spacious & the views are perfect from anywhere! As a capetonian, I really wish this stadium was used to its full potential

The Stadium lends itself to all sporting and musical promotions and, if one can cope with crowds, is a wonderful place to experience the entertainment on offer.

Brought tickets for the game at the V & A ticket office two tickets for R80 two tickets for less than £5. It was good to get in but the atmosphere was amazing there was only a crowd of about 17,000 but the noise was loud. The stadium was top class and the views were great. The score was 2-1... More
