A very nice stadium in the heart of town, very close to the waterfront area. When we went it was lit in the evening lot of sports activities were happening

Brought tickets for the game at the V & A ticket office two tickets for R80 two tickets for less than £5. It was good to get in but the atmosphere was amazing there was only a crowd of about 17,000 but the noise was loud. The stadium was top class and the views were great. The score was 2-1... More

I visited an African Cup of Nations football final in 2014 with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities which compared well with stadiums in the West. Seating is well laid out with ample space between seats and it's easy to move around from one section to another. We were not allowed to bring in our own food and drinks... More

The Waterfront area and the long Promenade along the coast are very safe areas of Cape Town and after driving around in cars for days we decided to have a nice long walk here. The Stadium looks nice from the beach, but nothing special. Have a look at it and take some pictures if you are nearby, but don't go... More

Was waiting for the weather to improve for a helicopter flight so walked to the stadium to do the 12 oclock tour. Impressive from the outside and very modern inside.

We have visited the stadium many times - From Ajax Cape Town matches to concerts. Design is excellent - easily on par: if not better than most European stadiums. Acoustics a bit strange during concerts.

This place is always a place that is going to be close to me heart and my familys heart. Seeing that I watched it getting built and the field growing. The thing that points out that it is Cape Town Stadium is the Salt and pepper chairs and the glass roof.

Beautiful Stadium from outside and especially inside. The stadium is very very neat. Perfect for any event; sport, music shows. Great vibe. The field can be seen from any angle at any seat.

Built for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Green Point Stadium (okay, officially it is the Cape Town Stadium) is now a big white elephant for Cape Town,. There is talk of turning it into affordable housing, anything to stop the fiscal hemorrhage. Other than that, it is s nice stadium. It is home to Ajax Cape Town and Cape Town... More
