Our visit to Table Mountain on the first full day of our holiday in South Africa was exceptional in every respect and immediately reassured us that we would be OK touring this beautiful country with a wheelchair and blue UK disability badge. On arrival we showed our badge to the parking attendants at the bottom of the hill who immediately... More

The views at the top of Table Mountain were fantastic and well worth the visit. On the day we went it was the first time the lift had opened for a good few days, this meant there was a queue for the lift of around 3 hours! We decided to brave the walk to the top. It's tough....we did it... More

We went up Table Mountain on a sunny morning. We used the red hop on hop off bus and bought our cable car tickets with the driver so as to avoid the queue to buy tickets. Even so we had to wait in the queue for 45 minutes before reaching the cable car! Once on top all this was forgotten.... More

Of course you have to visit Table Mountain when you are in Cape Town. We visited on a weekday (Thursday) in February. We were warned about long lines, difficulties to park, etc. but it was all very smooth. We parked our car where the shuttle bus from the Lower Tafelberg Road stop departs (plenty of free parking space), just off... More

Explore foot paths and single tracks that you wont find in a guide book. Views that will leave you stunned and depending on your eagerness to explore, you'll test your fears of height. Options to explore all sides of the mountain, some not common to most, and depending on your fitness, we'll summit the top and adventure the raw corners,... More

Beautiful views from the top .A must do experience if you are visiting Cape Town. The Cable Way experience was fantastic . The cable Way does not operate on windy days so its probably not wise to book in advance as you may not be able to make it up if its not in operation
