We went sport climbing with a group of 6 girls, of which half had some experience and half had zero experience. Justin was great at estimating the right grade and with that the right challenge for everyone. He was super patient, encouraging and great at reassuring the girls that were a bit more nervous about the whole experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone (all experience levels) looking to go climbing with a guide around Cape Town.

We had a three day trip to the Cederberg Mountains with Justin as our guide. We spent a night in a cave, a 250m trad climb and sport climbing. He was an excellent and knowledgeable guide and we both felt our climbing improve under his guidance. Additionally he fed us well with a range of excellent food including a traditional braii.
In addition to this he was fun to be around and share stories with, we had an excellent time and would definitely make a repeat booking when next climbing in SA.

My girlfriend and I went sport climbing for a full day, it was her first time lead climbing. Justin couldn't have been a better guide! He brought us to a gorgeous spot with tons of climbing within our ability, taught her to lead and belay and we had a relaxed, fantastic time, and he's great company. It takes a really skilled guide to give an experience like that, learning new (and scary) skills in a new place while keeping the trip relaxed, smooth and so much fun. Don't miss the stunning climbing around Cape Town, and make sure to go with Justin and Climb ZA, you won't be disappointed! If we make it back to Cape Town we will book it again!

Justin provided a fantastic hiking, climbing, and abseiling (rappelling) experience for my wife and me during our time in Cape Town! We hiked up the India Venster route and climbed from Fountain Ledges to the top of Table Mountain. We then rappelled back down and hiked back. The whole trip was exciting and Justin had tons of interesting local information to share.
Justin was a great hiking guide and a very experienced climber. My wife and I felt very safe and appreciated that Justin even got some great pictures of our experience.

Great Tour up the Jacobs Ladder (Table Mountain)
Justin pushed me (Indoor Climber) to my own limits and beyond. His great spirit made it lots of fun while keeping me safe the whole time. Online it can be found called “Capetownclimbing.com”.

We had a fantastic day climbing with Justin from Climb ZA. He took us to Table Mountain, a classic route named Jacobs Ladder. It was the first time my family climbed a multipitch, trad route together. Justin made my 13 year old daughter feel very safe. Explained and informed in a very professional manner. I would definitely go climb with him again, and recommend anyone who wants to have an adventurous day.

Absolutely awesome experience. We climbed at silvermine with my husband and two kids aged 6 and 10. Justin and Amber set great routes which suited us well. They were great with our kids too. Definitely recommend

I had 2 separate days with Justin on my last trip to Cape Town and will definitely be booking him again. He is very professional and knowledgeable, incredibly patient with such a newbie but also has a great sense of humour making the days a real laugh. Very memorable for my first outdoor climbing experience. Next trip I will be booking in for Cederberg!

During my recent visit to Cape Town, I got to experience my first multi-pitch Trad climb on table mountain with Justin. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional and experienced guide. Who is encouraging when you are about to lose your cool half way up the mountain. You’ve found the right guy. Great character, and awesome photographer.
Also had a day of sports climbing in Montagu and got to climb on some good routes he bolted. Should tell you everything you need to know.
Don’t hesitate just go for the adventure !
