There are two routes, red and blue. Red does the city including Table Mountain while the blue does Kirstenbosch and the wine tour. All worth it.

I’d get the 2 day ticket - the one that also takes you out to Caoe Point - Simons Town, boulders beach and Caoe Point . It is beautiful out that way. Tip for Table Mountain - get your tickets online and be there 15 mins... More

I am not sure but would think between 2 to 3 hours for the bkue route depending on the time of the day. Late afternoons heavy traffic
