We have use E Coaches for many years and as a tour operator we need a company that is safe and professional.
They have transported and transferred hundreds of groups and has always done so with excellent and stellar customer service. Their team, from owner to every single driver, succeeds in providing the best experience and support possible.

Have used ECoaches for years for airport crew transfers.
They always make a plan for me, sometimes at 99. Really good service and always on time.
Drivers are super friendly and accommodating.
100% recommended as a transfer service.

The lodge we had booked in Mozambique organised our transfer from Gomo Gomo to the Maputo Marina.
The driver arrived at Gomo Gomo on time for our transfer, he looked after us very well for the 5.5 hour transfer especially when went through the border crossing between South Africa and Mozambique.
A minor criticism: it would be useful, if E Coaches, were to phone the place of our accommodation to confirm the pick up times. All our other pickups in South Africa phoned our hotels/lodges, the day before, to confirm the pickup time. The Manager at Gomo Gomo had to do this by calling several people.

We used them for a transfer to the airport KMI. Nice guy and a clean car but expensive and 10 minutes late. Make sure to have some extra time and prenegotiate the price....

we make use of E.Coaches on a weekly basis and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Joseph is a remarkable driver and has been treating my clients with compassion. We transport the elderly and the under privileged, and we expect others to care for our clients the way we do. E.Coaches has a fine touch and we would recommend their service any day.
