My wife and I spent 12 days in Kruger National Park from 12th to 24th March 2018 after travelling from our home country, Sri Lanka. It all started with booking our accommodation early in October 2017 to ensure that we get comfortable ‘bungalow’ type accommodation...More

I don't want to discourage tourists to visit the Kruger National Park but those that RUN it must realize that the general standard has dropped in the last few years, and from when I visited just a year ago, standards really not up to scratch....More

We use Malalaan Gate often. As a first impression to Kruger Park it is a little disappointing. The proces of entry is fairly fast and the staff is is friendly.

During our visit we were treated on sightings of a leopard, cheetah and a hyena family. Elephants are also easy to spot. Rhinos were a bit more difficult to spot.

What an experience, we were there for two days and we saw everything but a leopard. The best time is early morning or later in the evening before sunset. Keep your windows rolled up. At times you can't move your car as the animals are...More

Definately between May and September. There is not much water so animals generally go to the dams, water holes and the river. it is also not as not as the summer months. Sightings are normally very good .
