What a wonderful place this is. It is so well managed and cared for. The biodiversity is brilliant if you travel far enough. Many different rain and micro temperature zones make for an interesting variety as you travel north to south and vice versa. I've been to some other African highlights including Serengeti, Masai Mara, South Luangwa and Okavango delta... More

Excellent Game viewing despite the high vegetation. We saw a load of different animals (no leopards though) and many different species of birds. The special was seeing a group of wild dogs

We were treated to a game drive on Tuesday 14 March 2017 and went into Kruger Park with game ranger, Quinton Van Der Merwe. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer many questions and educate us on many aspects of wildlife. His bird knowledge was excellent. We saw elephants, leopard, bush pigs, African wild dogs, giraffes, zebra and... More

Weather is extremely humid and hot in December. Travelled with our own vehicle. Saw a lot of Elephants. Unfortunately only saw a Rhino - not the entire Big 5. I highly recommend going out on a safari with game rangers, as they are far more experienced as to where to look for game.

We did a 5 day / 4 night trek through Kruger: Olifants, Satara, Lower Sabie, and Skuzuza. A few tips: - Book tickets for drives early! We did a night drive and saw hyeanas. Morning drive in Lower Sabie saw a pride of Lions and leopards. Bush walk in Skuzuza had no animals but nice. - Didn't see much at... More

It's amazing how you can see animals in their natural habitat. Went there in their wintertime (June) which meant no mosquitos, pretty warm and nice. A very good friend drove us around, so we did not have to drive a car all over the place and miss all the activity in the bush. Saw all big 5 in one day,... More

Kruger Park is enormous, bigger than Wales and therefore it is advisable to safari with knowledgable guides. We travelled in jeeps on Tarmac roads and then on sandy tracks, all a huge adventure. We were very fortunate to see the Big Five, thanks to our guide. It is a truly remarkable place with so many animals living and breeding there.... More

Too big to take in but we saw a fair number of animals in the area we concentrated on between Malalan and Skukusa. This is our fifth visit and we have not yet got beyond the midway north!

We spent 5 nights in Kruger (Skukuza) and we are glad we had several days to explore. The park is quite large and - especially with animal spotting - it takes time to drive to different areas and take it all in. We did several self-driving tours and saw a lot of animals. We did do a few guided activities:... More
